Question: How will eligible raises be recorded in SharePoint and PeopleSoft? 

Answer: If the salary increase is part of a reclassication (title change) the department will complete the Modify a Position form in SharePoint. The information on the form is similar to a reclassification in HRMS. If the salary increase doesn't include any other change to the position, the department will create a request using the Pay Rate Change form in SharePoint. Both forms require VP level approval and will be submitted electronically to Compensation.
