Chart of Accounts Maintenance Form won't save

Question:  On the Chart of Accounts Maintenance form there is an email and save button, but when I click it I get this message that the form (with its contents) cannot be saved. Is that supposed to be that way or should I different version of Adobe Reader to use that function?
 

 

Answer:  We recently found that some people are having an issue electronically submitting the COA Maintenance form. The PSSC is working on a revised form that will allow all users to be able to save the form and submit it electronically.

In the meantime, the easiest way to submit COA changes would be to complete the form, click on the printer icon at the top of the page and submit the paper copy to Accounting. (We have noticed that clicking on the Print button in the pop-up only prints a blank page.)
