Category Code

Question: When creating a Requisition the "Category Code" just keeps spinning and nothing comes up. What's wrong?

Answer: You will need to clear the history, close out the browser and reopen. Navigate to create a requisition through the Main Menu and check if you are now able to search the Category Code.

NOTE: If you are using a "Favorites" link to navigate to the requisition you may need to reestablish the "Favorites" link. Links can become corrupted and will prevent you from accessing certain information on the page within PeopleSoft.
